Introduction

Welcome to xo99. These Terms & Conditions ("T&C", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Player") and xo99 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all users of xo99.vu, including visitors, registered account holders, and any person accessing the platform from Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction.

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the xo99 platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or playing any game — you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account if you have registered one.

Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned to the account holder's verified payment method after identity checks.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement currently active on the xo99 platform or any other platform covered by a mutual exclusion arrangement.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in Bangladesh. If you are unsure about your legal status, please seek independent legal advice before registering.

xo99 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in any such request may result in account suspension, the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification, or permanent account closure.

2. Account Registration and Verification

Each natural person may register only one xo99 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on xo99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xo99 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though xo99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation for deposits above specified thresholds.
• Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, during public holidays in Bangladesh, or in cases where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into the same xo99 account and has been verified as belonging to the account holder. xo99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unverified payment methods, or payment methods belonging to another person.
• xo99 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside xo99's control.

xo99 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, xo99 will notify the account holder and provide the opportunity to supply clarifying documentation.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

xo99 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms attached to each promotion. General bonus rules applicable across all xo99 promotions are set out below.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet within your xo99 account. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
• Each bonus offer is restricted to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts, devices, or payment methods constitute bonus abuse and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Bonuses claimed in breach of these Terms — including bonus abuse, collusion, or the use of automated tools to fulfil wagering requirements — will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.
• xo99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been credited to an account prior to the change, provided the original Terms of that bonus are still being met.

Where a specific promotion carries terms that differ from these general bonus rules, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms attached to each bonus before claiming it.

5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

xo99 is committed to providing a fair and safe gaming environment for all registered players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xo99 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, fulfil wagering requirements, or gain any advantage not available to other players playing manually.
• Colluding with other players, sharing account access, or cooperating with third parties to exploit game mechanics, bonus systems, or any other platform feature in a manner not intended by xo99.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including providing false personal information during registration, submitting forged or altered identification documents, or exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Using funds obtained through illegal means to make deposits on the xo99 platform, or using xo99 for the purpose of money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime.
• Registering or using an xo99 account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, including account sharing, account selling, and proxy betting.

xo99 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and conducts regular audits of account activity. Accounts found to be in breach of these rules will be suspended without prior notice. Any funds associated with prohibited conduct — including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances — may be forfeited in full at xo99's sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, branding, logos, game content, and intellectual property on the xo99 platform — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, audio, video, and the xo99 brand mark — is owned by or licensed to xo99 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any xo99 content is strictly prohibited.

Your use of the xo99 platform does not grant you any ownership rights or licence in any xo99 intellectual property. You may access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any other use requires the prior written consent of xo99.

7. Responsible Gaming

xo99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. All registered accounts have access to responsible gaming tools including deposit limit controls, session duration reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available at any time from your account settings. xo99 encourages all players to set personal limits and to treat gaming as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and will result in the immediate suspension of your account access for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xo99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service. xo99 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

xo99 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability but does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, and events beyond xo99's reasonable control (including force majeure events) may result in temporary service unavailability. xo99 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

xo99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Circumstances that may result in account suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited conduct rules set out in Section 5, the single-account rule in Section 2, or the eligibility requirements in Section 1.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct associated with the account, including suspicious deposit and withdrawal patterns identified by xo99's automated monitoring systems.
• At the account holder's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure. In this case, xo99 will process any remaining verified balance in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to KYC requirements being satisfied.

10. Amendments to These Terms

xo99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible on this page at xo99.vu/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated whenever a material change is made.

Your continued use of the xo99 platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting xo99 support.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. xo99 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair resolution of all player disputes through its internal support processes.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your xo99 account, a transaction, a game outcome, or any other matter, you should contact xo99 support in the first instance. xo99 commits to acknowledging all support requests within 24 hours and to resolving disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process, xo99 will advise on available escalation options.
